The Customer Service Agent (CSA) is the “go to” person that customers call when they are having difficulty navigating a given website or placing a product order through the website. Their professionalism reflects directly on the website owner.
The CSA listens to the customer to determine what it is that the customer is trying to achieve; and then assists the client:
Use the website features and functionality to find the information they are seeking or
Place the order for the product they want
Having successfully supported the customer, and after the call is completed, the CSA will create a ticket and detail the customer’s query/problem and how it was met.
Note: This is a three (3) month contract position with the possibility of extension.

Our Network Operation Center uses sophisticated monitoring tools to automatically generate incident tickets that enable our NOC Analysts to respond, troubleshoot, and resolve the incident or escalate to the appropriate group.
This position would require working onsite at our Ottawa Office and a Secret Level Clearance.
Your Experience includes:
• A Diploma or equivalent with 2+ year’s experience in IT, networking or a related field;
• Familiarity with basic networking protocols and technologies.
• Understanding of fundamental networking concepts such as IP addressing, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches and firewalls;
• Familiarity with Windows Server, including Active Directory, File Services, and Event Viewer;
• Proficiency with Windows based operating systems including Windows 10;
Some Nice to haves:
• Degree/Diploma in information technology, computer science, or network engineering.
• Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, Network+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA ITF+ or MTA.

Position Description:
The Network Engineer will have primary responsibility for the analysis, design, planning, and implementation of various network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, Wan Accelerators, VPN, IPS, load balancing, and logging/monitoring applications.
