What you will do once you arrive….
Some Prospecting and Lead Generation, to identifying and developing new business opportunities through various channels
Some Client Relationship Management, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.
And Some Sales Pipeline Management, developing and managing a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of potential deals and accurate revenue forecasting.
You should have Product and Service Knowledge, a deep understanding of the MSP’s offerings, including IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and network management.
You will Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your Experience should include….
Several years of selling technology solutions to both Private and Public sector clients at a senior level
You have an existing client base (and ability to find New Clients) both in the Private and Public Sector
You have Excellent Communication skills
You have demonstrated knowledge of IT Hardware Sales on Major Brands (such as HP, Lenovo, Dell, Cisco, Apple, Fortinet)
You have Outside Sales experience with a minimum of 1million annual revenue.

Your demonstrated problem-solving skills;
Your ability interact with both technical and non-technical users;

What you will do onsite….
Travel to client locations to provide technical assistance and support….Set up and configure new hardware and software, this might include Personal Computers and Servers….Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals….And in some cases, be available for on-call and emergency service calls.

A great ITSM tool for ticket tracking and escalation, a solid group of Analysts and Team Leads you can call for additional help, access to knowledge base and troubleshooting guides, FAQs, and standard procedures
Your experience…
A college diploma in IT (or something equivalent plus some work experience)
Experience providing end user support with M365 and MS Teams
Working with Microsoft O/S, MS Exchange, and Active Directory
Bilingualism (French and English) would be an asset…not a must have…

The Network Engineer will have primary responsibility for the analysis, design, planning, and implementation of various network systems including routers, switches, firewalls, Wan Accelerators, VPN, IPS, load balancing, and logging/monitoring applications. The individual must have extensive and in-depth experience in capacity planning, the creation and maintenance of documentation; network performance monitoring and root cause analysis. This individual is also engaged in both the design and implementation of new network solution projects and will be required to analyze technical needs, research and architect solutions.
Candidates must be able to obtain Level II (Secret clearance) and be willing to be on the On-call rotation schedule.

Help our Clients with typical User issues…Reset some Passwords…help Clients with software installation…do some basic hardware troubleshooting (stuff like: printer setup, network connectivity)…add and remove User accounts….answer some “how-do –I do-that questions…and track / create tickets in case they need to be escalated to the Level 2 team!
