BANK CONGRATULATES NOVA SERVICE DESK

Nova provides technical Service Desk services to one of Canada’s largest banks. At the 1-year anniversary, the Bank went out of their way to thank each of our Service Desk agents with gifts and congratulations from senior management for the consistent excellent service

Nova has a strong bilingual Enterprise Service Desk for many large clients that has met every SLA deliverable for the last 9-12 months. That experience is now being applied to the rest of the Service Desk to ensure all customers receive outstanding services.
