Nova uses two powerful well-known monitoring tools to ensure redundancy and to capitalize on the best features of each.

Agentless monitoring includes a combination of SNMP, ping, syslog and other means to keep an eye on all components, services, processes and thresholds which are fine-tuned to a client’s specific needs.

Our intelligent correlation engine then determines which alerts should be turned into tickets for the 24/7 NOC to handle.

Custom Application Performance Monitoring

Nova can provide complex custom monitoring and alerting of application performance including external web apps and internal server-based applications to proactively prevent outages and performance issues before they happen.


Through Nova’s secure Client Portal, users with the correct permissions have access to a rich set of reports. Some are document based. Others are live reports on tickets, device performance and availability plus many others.
