For our Customer site in Quebec City, NOVA Networks requires an Onsite Coordinator. The Onsite Coordinator will ensure there is active communication between various groups and completion of various tasks.
Your experience includes 10 years in the field of information technology as well as 3 years of experience either as a team coordinator in a service center or as a representative of the supplier;
You will have acted as a coordinator within a Service Desk environment services;
You have advanced Excel knowledge to perform dynamic and cross tracking tables or any other data analysis required by the Customer;
You are able to communicate and produce documentation in both French and English;
