Your experience should include a Technical Diploma or Degree with 3 years of experience in a Network Operations Center supporting IT infrastructure (network, server, and security) for Enterprise customers;
Experience dealing with ISPs like Rogers, Telus, Bell; an understanding of ITIL and, SLAs; hands-on Cisco, Fortinet, Exchange, and Office365 troubleshooting experience;
Because of customer support requirements, you must be able to obtain a Secret level clearance. (Offers will be contingent upon successful completion of the clearance process.)
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of Cloud Technologies;
- Exposure to Service Now or Heat/Ivanti;
- Exposure to network monitoring systems;
- Experience with UNIX and Linux administration;
- Bilingual [English and French] would be an asset
