Position Description:
Nova currently has a mature Managed Services offering for Enterprise and SMB and is seeking an experienced senior manager to lead this group. As Director, you will be responsible for Enterprise service delivery. Clients include well-known international organizations with complex and mission-critical environments that we manage.

Duties
- Providing strategic leadership to a group of dynamic, client-focused individuals
- Working with the Network Operations Center Manager overseeing day-to-day operations of the NOC and other teams
- Playing a key role in evolving our Security Operations Centre
- Providing coaching, guidance and mentorship to the Managed Services teams
- Liaising with our Engineering Department to improve services
- Designing, implementing and administering best practices and controls in order to mitigate risk
- Engaging with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service delivery
Candidate Requirements:
- 10+ years experience managing the delivery of IT services to enterprise-level clients
- Experience in the IT industry, specifically related to infrastructure outsourcing
- Proven abilities in establishing and maintaining effective client relationships
- Great communication skills in both spoken and written English
- University/College degree in a related technical discipline
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Currently hold or able to obtain Government of Canada security clearance
Nice to Haves:
- Experience as a technical resource resolving incidents or doing technical projects
- Certifications, such as: CCNA, ITIL, PMP or other
