The Customer Service Agent (CSA) is the “go to” person that customers call when they are having difficulty navigating a given website or placing a product order through the website. Their professionalism reflects directly on the website owner.
The CSA listens to the customer to determine what it is that the customer is trying to achieve; and then assists the client:
Use the website features and functionality to find the information they are seeking or
Place the order for the product they want
Having successfully supported the customer, and after the call is completed, the CSA will create a ticket and detail the customer’s query/problem and how it was met.
Note: This is a three (3) month contract position. Based on performance, there are opportunities to extend individual contracts for two (2) 3-month periods. Nova holds a number of CSA – and Service Desk Agent- based multi-year contracts. For those that demonstrate a wiliness to learn full-time employment may be offered
- Ability to work various shifts including weekends and overnights
- Experience providing telephone-based customer service
- General understanding of the concepts of data exchange
