Position Description:

NOVA Networks is seeking a Bilingual Service Desk Analyst has a strong knowledge of O365 and the Office suites including administration of the product \ license management. The Bilingual Service Desk Analyst will also require a strong understanding of Microsoft Teams and SharePoint

You are  “cool” under pressure demeanor and confident, alert voice will go a long way in supporting the end-user as you work through the problem and resolving it; providing the end-user with the tools to meet their deadline.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A strong knowledge of O365, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows 8, 10 environment
  • Good Microsoft Exchange knowledge
  • Fluent in both French and English [reading, writing and spoken]

Nice to Haves:

  • Good knowledge of Adobe Cloud products and administration
  • Good server knowledge (Windows server 2012, 2018+) and working within Active Directory
