Position Description:
NOVA Networks is currently seeking an Account Manager, Talent Deployment Services to be responsible for growing our Talent Deployment practice. You are a motivated professional who will be responsible for business expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Grow revenue by acquiring new clients and developing opportunities;
- Secure partnerships with clients to fulfil their staff augmentation needs;
- Design and implement effective sales management strategies and systems
- Management reporting
Candidate Requirements:
- A Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a similar qualification is preferred.
- 5+ years of Account Manager Talent Deployment Services experience
- Strong networking and client relationship skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Haves:
- A Secret level security clearance
- Bilingual [English and French]
