Position Description:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Acting as the customer primary point of contact for service delivery
  • Chairing and/or attending regular service delivery review meetings with partners and customers
  • Reporting on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly Nova performance to the customer
  • Working closely with technical delivery teams to ensure accurate and rapid service delivery
  • Regularly meeting with customers to solicit their opinion of how well service delivery is meeting expectations and foster a collaborative environment where customer/partner goals can be openly discussed and communicated
  • Leading the New Customer Introduction process for transitioning clients to Nova’s Managed Services
  • Identifying new opportunities for continuous service delivery improvements or projects

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry
  • University/College degree
  • Solid understanding of IT technologies such as network and server
  • Understanding of ITIL
  • Well-organized and a good communicator

Nice to Haves:

  • Fluency in both official languages
