Position Description:

The Change Administration team at NOVA Networks receives, processes and coordinates Change Requests with both internal and external contacts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Receive inbound Change Requests, via email or ITSM, and review the changes received and validate the change after filtering

Gather approvals via written and phone conversations with internal and external contacts

Ensure that all required information is present and validated, ensure deadlines for change requirements are met, complete registration of changes by applying the correct change model and providing the change details

Coordinate the assessment phase of the change, and create change planning based upon the assessment information

After approval, coordinate the change implementation according to the planning created earlier

Assign tasks to the Change Analysts and perform action based on the outcome of the change implementation

After implementation, evaluate the change handling and close the change

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with a ticketing system or ITSM would be an asset
  • Working knowledge of Information Technology infrastructure in an Enterprise environment
  • Security Clearance(s) or ability to obtain an asset
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines and multi-task
